I live out of town and wanted to go with a local Vienna florist instead of a 1-800 number for delivery for someone there who had lost a family member. I was so pleased with this place. The arrangement was beautiful that they sent and the delivery man apparently expressed his condolences when he delivered the planter. When I called to see if they could text me a picture of the arrangement, the people in the shop followed up immediately with a 3 photos. Would highly recommend this place - great personal service.

I was sending a housewarming gift to my daughter in law. Accidently messed up the street number and of course they'd just moved in, name wasn't on the box. The delivery driver took the time to go the extra mile and ask people for help in locating her and the non-existent address. End of story, a beautiful arrangement was delivered and he saved the day for dyslexic grandma! Great service!
