The flowers were beautiful and the customer service is outstanding. I ordered them from Australia and initially got the date incorrect for my sister-in-law’s operation and they were very cooperative in changing the date and delivered at the time I asked. Very respectful and courteous staff answered my questions.

I used Vienna Florist for the first time when I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother for her birthday. I based my decision to place my order with them because of other reviews that I wrote. I was NOT disappointed. I was already impressed with the photo online of the bouquet I chose, but the actual flowers were even more beautiful. I would definitely order from them again and highly recommend them.
