I received the BEST customer service from Adan at Vienna Florist. After I placed my order, he called me to discuss my deliver date. His main goal was to make sure the flowers stayed fresh. There was also a mix up on the delivery address and he even had the arrangement picked back up and re-delivered the flowers. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and the arrangement looked exactly like the pictures.
