The customer service went above and beyond what I would have normally expected to make a same-day delivery happen and were so kind throughout the process. The employee took the time to help me find just the right words for the card and created a truly beautiful arrangement — even more lovely than I imagined. Arrangement arrived midday looking even more fabulous than pictured! Fresh and gorgeous blooms. Excellent service and product at the right price! Mom was delighted with her birthday bouquet!
